Can custom fonts be added to Flex Terminal Emulator?

All fixed-pitch (monospace) fonts installed to the Windows operating system are available to Flex Terminal Emulator from the View ribbon tab.  If one of the currently installed fonts is not desirable, or if you just want to increase the number of available fonts to users, you may download free or for purchase fonts from a number of online resources.  For example, Google has a number of free fonts available for download here:

Once downloaded, extract the contents from the ZIP file (if necessary), then right-click each font file and choose Install.

Notes:
  • When downloading and installing custom fonts, be sure to filter or select only fixed-pitch (monospace) fonts.
  • If new fonts are installed while Flex Terminal Emulator session(s) are running, be sure to close and reopen the Flex Terminal Emulator application to make them available.
  • Installing the "Regular" and "Bold" versions (if available) of each font is recommended.
